Estimated delivery times may be extended if a parcel is selected for customs inspection. These are usually routine checks, but their timing is outside the control of both Divine Props Design and the courier.
All customs duties for US orders are prepaid. You will not be charged additional customs fees if your parcel is inspected.
Parcels travel with the required paperwork. If customs requests additional documents, we can provide them.
We cannot speed up an inspection or provide updates that US customs has not released. You may also contact the relevant customs office directly to ask about your parcel’s status.
